Okay for those few folks who are keeping up with this blog my sincerest apologies. I have been lost in the world of birthdays and X-Mass. Alicia has also been off from school so I have been much more occupied with hanging out with the Garcia Trio. It has been awesome having Alicia home all day! Sammy and I both have been LOVING it. So a quick update before I get back to hanging out with my favorite two people in the world:Sammy is walking, walking. I don't mean taking a couple of steps I mean walking across the room turning around and walking back. He has recently learned the run away "I'm gonna get you" game. If you say "I'm gonna get you" he will take off trying to run and squealing with the biggest cheese grin you ever saw. Freakin adorable is not even the word!
His Ouranian vocabulary is increasing by leaps and bounds. Just today they were counting to twenty on Sesame Street and he was laying one the floor doing his damnedest to repeat the numbers! 18 = yaaada, 19 = yaaada, 20 = yaaada! Okay, so he was repeating the auditory pattern, not really the word, but still, quite a feet. And to boot he was giggling and laughing after his repeat of the word. A love of learning? Let's hope that he is not like his dad and waits till his 30s to discover how cool learning is!
There is all kinds of other cool wicked smart stuff but I am missing it while I sit here typing! So I am out. Oh yeah, I am seriously thinking if 86ing the web page. It seems that the blog is way more efficient at getting info out and it takes me forever to get the webpage updated. Time is so precious now and there just seems to be no efficient way to update the webpage. So Blog it is. However! I am working on putting lots and lots of pictures on http://www.shutterfly.com/ So if you don't have an account with them already go ahead and sign up. I will be sending invites to all family members as soon as I get the X-Mass and Birthdays pics posted. I will be posting folders of each month of Sammy's life as well. This will allow for printing of photos, making calenders, mugs, t-shirts or pretty much whatever you would like. and will keep us from having to pay for photos for family, minus the family that doesn't use computers. So check it out and be looking for your invite if your family. If you are not immediate family but are a friend that would like access just shoot me an email.
